Disclaimer

noreply@mslcc.com automatically deletes any messages that it receives. There is no notification sent to anyone when a person sends mail to or replies to an email they were sent from noreply@mslcc.com. This is to be inherently understood before sending any mail as noreply@mslcc.com.


NoReply Restrictions

Sending as noreply@mslcc.com is a restricted feature that is not available to everyone. If you require this ability please open a ticket at http://tickets.mslcc.com with your reason for needing this ability. Your case will be reviewed and if approved permissions will be added for your to complete the instructions in the next section.


Instructions

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Compose a new email, by clicking the New E-mail Button

  3. In the compose window select Options Tab

  4. Select the From button under the Options Tab
    image

  5. Click the From: field which is now available over the To:
    image

  6. Select Other E-mail Address… in the dropdown
    image

  7. Click the From… button on the “Send From Other E-Mail Address” window that appears
    image

  8. Make sure that Global Address List is selected in the Address book dropdown
    image

  9. Find and select NoReply from the list, click OK
    image


  10. Click OK on the “Send From Other E-Mail Address” window
    image

  11. You should now see noreply@mslcc.com in the From field
    image
  12. Complete the email as usual

For future emails the from field should remain visible. You can click from and see previously used addresses to quickly use again.
