While UKG Dimensions is fully mobile supportive, we have found a few instances where select features and options are unavailable in the mobile browser and are available via the app. The app requires a one time setup process but once completed it would be advised to use the app rather then the browser instance of UKG Dimensions. 

To complete Mobile app install:

1. Go to the device's app store and get the application called "UKG Dimensions"

2. Once installed open the application. You will be asked to enter the tenant URL. This is done easily by using the scan option.

3. Using the device's camera scan the following QR code:

4.  You will be taken to the normal login page. Use the same credentials you use in the browser based system to login. 

Attention Apple iOS users

If you are using an Apple Computer, iPhone, iPad or  other device and wish to have access to the pay, benefits, internal job postings, or other HR functions of Kronos on your device you will need to review and make the documented changes in your iOS settings.
