Issue:
You may experience blank tiles in the Kronos WFD platform while using the recent v90 release of the Chrome browser. Chrome is a unified platform, so v90 will be affected either used on a desktop or mobile device. To further divide this, chrome is unified on the mobile platforms as well. Meaning you can experience this problem in Chrome running on an iOS or Android device.
The problem tiles include all the HCM sourced information including pay, benefits, performance reviews and general HR/Payroll reports.

Solution:
Kronos is aware if this issue and are working to implement a solution to the problem. There are a few work arounds you can do to get your session working correctly until a permanent fix is implemented by Kronos.
Solution 1: Use the HR Dashboard Tile
1. We have placed the HR Dashboard tile on everyone's homepage. Click the link in this tile to open a connection to HCM.
2. You do not need to wait for the content to load. Just close the tab it opens to return to your homepage.
3. Refresh the page. All the tiles will load and you will be able to proceed to the Reports or Performance section where the content will display normally.
Solution 2: Use the HCM Setup
1. Open the menu, expand Administration, then select HCM setup
2. You do not need to wait for the content to load. Just close the tab it opens to return to your homepage.

Solution 3: Alternate browsers
At this time Mircosoft's Chrome based browser (has potential for the same issue depending on version), Mozilla Firefox, and Apple's Safari are not affected by this issue. You can use these browsers where available to view the WFD site.
