Add A Tag

1. In PCC, via Amin or Clinical, navigate to the Resident you need to add or modify a tag for.


2. Go to EDIT -> Demographics

3. Click to place your cursor in the RTLS Tag ID field, Scan the barcode on the tag. Repeat for the Resident Barcode # field. Important: These 2 fields must match!

4. Save when completed


Edit A Tag

Use process if you need to change the Tag ID assigned to a Resident. Typically one will do this in the situation of a lost or broken RTLS Tag.

1. In PCC, via Amin or Clinical, navigate to the Resident you need to add or modify a tag for.

3. Clear the contents of the RTLS Tag ID and Resident Barcode # fields.

4. Click to place your cursor in the RTLS Tag ID field, Scan the barcode on the tag. Repeat for the Resident Barcode # field. Important: These 2 fields must match!

4. Save when completed


Delete A Tag

Use process if you need to completely delete the Tag ID assigned to a Resident. Typically one will do this in the event of a Resident discharge.

1. In PCC, via Amin or Clinical, navigate to the Resident you need to add or modify a tag for.

3. Clear the contents of the RTLS Tag ID and Resident Barcode # fields.

4. Save when completed
