Yealink - Wireless Meeting Adapter Setup & Usage

Setup - (One time Per PC)
- Connect the Wireless Sharing Dongle to your PC
- Open My Computer.
- Open the "Yealink Pod" drive. This should prompt to run the application. If not open the drive and execute "PresentationLauncher.exe"
Usage
The device can be used inside or outside of a Teams meeting. After setup is complete you simply connect the device to where you want to cast from and press the button on the dongle. This should initiate the screen share. You can show your devices screen to the display in the room this way.
To share your screen while in a meeting,
1. Connect the device to your PC
2. Connect to the teams meeting.
3. Press the button on the dongle when ready to share.
4. On the teams rooms control panel, select the share button from the bottom menu
5.Select the Connected Device option
6. Press the stop sharing button on the bottom menu to stop screen sharing
