Setting your Voicemail Greeting

From the web client:

1. Click on your avatar in the top right corner and click on “Settings” > “Greetings”.
2. From here you can choose to customize your greeting according to your status:
   1. Upload a personal greeting.
   2. Record a personal greeting from your PC by clicking on the microphone icon.
   3. Record a personal greeting from your IP Phone by clicking on the deskphone icon.
   4. Delete a greeting.
   5. Select to play the default greeting.
   6. 

By calling the voicemail:

1. Use the voicemail button on your device or dial the voicemail extension 9999

2. If prompted enter your extension enter it.

3. When prompted for your pin number enter it and press #

4. Press 9 for settings

5. Press 8 to Change your greeting.

6. Press 0 to record a new message. 

7. Record your greeting then press #

8. Press 1 to rerecord your greeting | Press 2 to Listen back to the greeting you recorded.  | Press 0 to Save your greeting

9. Hang up when finished.
