Sometimes your profile may become corrupt or perhaps your name has changed. Outlook doesn't update your settings automatically so you must create a new mail profile on your PC to have any changes take effect.

1. Make sure you have logged off and back into windows.
2. Close Outlook and all outlook windows.
3. In Microsoft Windows, click the Start button, and then click Control Panel.
4. Select Mail (32-bit)
5. Click Show Profiles…
6. Click Add
7. Type a name for the profile, and then click OK
8. Add an e-mail account to use in your profile by following the directions on your screen. (Just click Next then Finish)
9. Select the new profile name under “Always use this profile”
10. Press OK
11. Launch Outlook
