1. Login to Dimensions: https://kronos.mslcc.com
2. Select the HR Dashboard link in the HR Dashboard tile from your homescreen.
3. You will be taken to the HR interface, select the bell at the top right of the page.
4. You will be taken to the My To Do list
5. Select the Employee review from the list on the left side of the page and launch the review by selecting the Review option
6. The review will launch, make sure you are on the Entry tab to complete the review questions.
7. Complete the review sections by selecting the required rating for each section.
8. You can enter free text details in the comment boxes. These comments are part of the review and are visible to employees.
9. The LMS section will need to be completed. The instructions on how to do this are included in the "How to Rate" section of the review.
TIP: You can press the PRTSCR key on your keyboard and paste the LMS completion report into the comment box for this section.
10. You can save your progress at any time to leave and come back to this review at another time.
11. When you are completely finished select Submit. This will notify the employee they have a review to view and sign. The employee can see the review at this point and you will no longer be able to change it.
