NEW REMOTE ACCESS AUTHENTICATION

2-factor authentication is being added to our system. The most common time employees will encounter this is when logging into email from off-premises.

Email

Here is the example of what will happen when you go to mail.mslcc.com. The login screen comes up, log in as normal;

The following screen will come up; select your preferred method from the choices.

Duo Push will send a notification to the Due Mobile app to which you can select ‘approve’ to proceed, Call Me will call the number you entered when enrolling, and Enter Passcode will prompt you to proceed and send you a passcode which you would need to manually enter.

Your email will come up once authentication is completed.

Single Sign On (Kronos)

You will also receive the 2-factor prompt when accessing Missouri Slope SSO resources. In this example we will be using https://kronos.mslcc.com

Login with your normal m# + password.

You will be sent a push notification to the Duo app. 

You can select "Other Options" to receive  a code another way.
