1. Run the GL Summary Report out of HCM

2. From the saved report list, select "GL Summarized Report for GP"

3. Change the Pay Dates filters to get the needed payrolls/timeframes

4. Once the correct data is returned on the report, select the export option

5. Export the report with the options shown here:

6. View your downloads, a file similar to this will be downloaded once the export is complete

7. Move the file to the location (mapped drives might us a slightly different path)

\\gp2013\DYNAMICS\Interfaces\FromKronos\Payroll_GL

8. Rename the file GLfile.csv

9. From GP, using Run IM, open and run Kronos Payroll GL Import
