Resetting Shoretel Client Password

1. Click the Shoretel Button in the upper left of the application


2. Select Options


3. Select Telephony from the left Menu. Then select Change Password


4. Enter the current password. Then enter and confirm a new password. Click Save when finished


5. Press Apply then OK from the Options screen

6. Restart your PC for the changes to take effect.
