How to Share and Accept a Request on a Primary or Sub Calendar

Sharing a Calendar
The owner of the calendar will need to perform the following actions to share their calendars. This process is the same for Primary or Sub-Calendars.1. Right Click the calendar you need to share and select "Share Calendar"
2. A box to compose the sharing request will pop up. Enter the recipient(s) and set the Subject and Details to be the level of visibility you wish to share. Press send when done.
3. Depending on the detail level selected you may receive an additional confirmation window confirming the selections you made.
4. The recipients will receive an email stating a calendar has been shared to them.
Accepting the Share Request
Once a calendar has been shared with an individual, each recipient then needs to accept the request. 1. The recipient will receive an email with the detail of

...Via webmail the user must select "Accept"
2. Once opened/accepted the calendar will be permanently added to the viewers calendar list and will be visible with the permission level specified in the share invitation.
